Veterinarians
Dr. Dana C. Gosserand
Dr. Dana owns False River Veterinary Clinic, which she opened in December 2000. She received her Bachelor of Science in Biology and Chemistry Education from LSU in 1986 and her Doctorate from the LSU School of Veterinary Medicine in 1993. She is a member of the American Veterinary Medical Association (AVMA), the Baton Rouge Area Veterinary Medical Association (BRAVMA), and a volunteer member of the Pointe Coupee Parish Animal Control Committee.
In addition to practicing veterinary medicine, Dr. Dana enjoys cooking, gardening, reading, and spending time with her family. She and her husband, Thomas, have three children: Morgan, Annie, and Marie. They share their home with numerous four-legged creatures!
Dr. Terri Breau
Dr. Terri is a Pointe Coupee native. She received her B.S. in 2005 from Louisiana State University. Dr. Terri started working at False River Veterinary Clinic as a technician in May 2005 before starting veterinary school. She graduated from LSU School of Veterinary Medicine in 2010 and has been practicing at False River Veterinary Clinic ever since. She enjoys spending time with her family and friends, including her husband, Mitchell, and son, Dylan.
